As developers of beyond net zero carbon luxury smart homes, Pearcroft were recommended to us by the team at Construction Marketing Experts (who provide their marketing services) to create a new brand and digital presence that would help expand their business into property investment. For the brand mark we created a symbol to represent the USP of being a beyond net zero property developer and this carries across both the homes and investment devisions of the company. For the website, we went with a fin-tech aesthetic for a more approachable look and feel.
